A lot of my journal posts are about bike rides, as that's what I do the most of since I retired, but I might expound on just about anything. Many things interest me. I read lots of journals and comment a lot. I welcome comments on my posts to keep me real. Say what you think; I have pretty thick skin. Most posts are public. Always looking for interesting new friends.

I haven't figured out what I want to do with my retirement yet. Biking, obviously (100 to 200 miles/week), but I want to do something, perhaps volunteer work. I haven't been inspired or needed to work parttime, but I may sometime. So far I enjoy having very few responsibilities, but I'm sure I'll get bored with that.

I met a very nice lady last spring and we got engaged at Christmas. No wedding date yet; we're still trying to figure out all the arrangements.
